Shipping Information

How does the ordering process work?
Select a product category from the home page. From there you will see a breakdown of the category into more specific products. Select the product heading and all listed products will appear as a picture. After selecting a specific product, information and pricing will be given. If you then select that product, it will be put into the shopping cart. As you shop, you can add items to or remove items from your cart. We ship orders as soon as we process your submitted order. All orders received by 12:00 EST, IF the items are in stock, should be sent out that day.

Is ordering safe?
Barnyardhealth.com uses the latest Yahoo! encryption technology to keep your information secure. The only parties who can see your information are Barnyardhealth.com employees. All orders will be charged accurate shipping based on shipping method you select using UPS up to date shipping rates based on weight.

Where does Barnyardhealth.com ship?

What forms of payment do you accept?
Barnyardhealth.com accepts credit card only.

When and how will my order ship?
Unless otherwise notified, all orders will be shipped either the same day or the following day. All animal health vaccines are shipped overnight and will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday; all other animal health products are shipped UPS Ground.

Is sales tax applied to my purchase?
Sales tax is applied to the purchase price of Maryland residents only.

What if there's an error in my order?
If we ship the wrong product, we'll work to set things right. Please check your order over carefully as soon as you get it, and let us know if something doesn't seem right.

What if the product I ordered becomes unavailable?
If the product you ordered is not available, we'll notify you as early as possible and work with you to find substitutes that make good sense for your operation.
